Truck tracking
A redesign of shipment tracking inside FarMart OS: live status, route and a one-tap call to the driver, so every delivery can be followed with confidence.
FarMart OS is the internal platform FarMart's operations teams use every day. Working with two product designers and the engineering team, I redesigned the truck tracking experience to make shipment visibility simpler and easier to trust.
A ₹15,00,000 truck can disappear for three days.
You can track a ₹150 online order live on your phone. But every day, crores worth of grain moves across India on trucks that, once they leave the warehouse, are hard to see. For an operations team, a truck that goes quiet means phone calls, guesswork and delays.

Everything a user needs to answer “where is the truck?” sits on one screen:
- Truck status at a glance, such as On Track
- Trip started and location live, so you know tracking is working
- Location history, one tap away
- Route details: where it was dispatched from, the destination and the expected delivery date
- A one-tap button to call the truck driver
- Tracking Live shown inside the order, right next to the truck
